Can I change booths after I have selected?
Absolutely! Reach out to the NAB Show New York Sales Team to explore availability.
What is the payment schedule?
March 30, 2025 – Full payment (100%) due
Payments can be made through your Exhibitor Dashboard.
I just took over from a previous team member. How do I update our contact info?
Email the NAB Show New York Sales Team to update your company’s exhibitor contact record.
What are the rules and regulations?
View the NAB Show New York Rules and Regulations to ensure you’re in compliance. All exhibitors must also comply with all Javits Center policies.
When can I start ordering booth services?
Visit the Exhibitor Manual to find order forms, deadlines and vendor contacts.
Can I set up my own booth?
Check the Javits Center’s work rules before planning labor or installation. You may also opt for a Turnkey Booth Package for a hassle-free setup! Freeman’s Products & Services page offers additional booth add-ons.
Registration
How many free exhibitor badges do I receive?
You receive 8 badges per 100 sq. ft. of booth space. Additional badges can be purchased for $25 through your Exhibitor Dashboard.
What happens if I need more exhibitor staff badges?
You can purchase any additional badges at $25 each via your Exhibitor Dashboard.
Does everyone on my staff need to be registered to access the show floor?
Yes. All individuals on the show floor must be registered with a valid badge—even the main point of contact.
How do I invite customers or guests?
Each exhibitor receives a Guest Pass Code to invite clients and prospects to the show for free or discounted access. Your code can be found in your Exhibitor Dashboard once registration opens.
How do I add a conference pass to my exhibitor registration?
Conference passes can be purchased during the registration process. When registering your team, simply select “Add Conference Pass” to include educational access. Pricing and packages will be listed when the Dashboard is live. Individuals can also add conferences to their registrations after being registered through a link located on their individual confirmation.
What is the difference between an Exhibitor Badge and a Manufacturer Rep Badge?
- Exhibitor Badge: For employees working in your booth; includes early/late access to the show floor.
- Manufacturer Rep Badge: For third-party sales reps representing multiple brands; has restricted access.
How do I get a registration receipt?
Your confirmation email is your receipt. You can resend it via your Exhibitor Dashboard.
What is the substitution policy?
Substitutions after registration incur a $25 fee. Corrections (e.g., misspelled names) are free if the original badge is returned onsite.
Badge reprint fee?
There is a $50 fee per reprint, for lost badges.
Show Information
What are the 2025 show hours?
- Wednesday, October 22: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Thursday, October 23: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Exhibitor access begins at 7:30 a.m. on Show Days.
Where will the show take place in future years?
We will continue to hold NAB Show New York at the Javits Center. Next year’s dates are October 21-22, 2026.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes, attendees must be 16 years or older to enter the show floor.

Can I film or take pictures at the show?
Personal photography and video are allowed but may require exhibitor permission. NAB retains ownership of all event imagery and recordings. Commercial filming requires prior approval.

A digital tool to schedule meetings, explore exhibitor listings, and enhance your online profile with logos, videos, and downloadable content. Access via your Exhibitor Dashboard.
Housing & Travel
What airport should I fly into?
New York City is serviced by JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airports. Learn more about planning your travel.
Are airline discounts available?
Not this year.
Do you offer hotel discounts?
Yes. NAB Show New York partners with Maritz to secure discounted rates and perks at select hotels. Book early to secure the best rates. Hotels reservations are available through registration. Only reserve through the official housing site to avoid scams.
When will housing be available?
Housing will open in July 2025. You’ll receive an email with booking details when live.

Additional Exhibitor Services FAQs
Is Wi-Fi included on the show floor?
Public Wi-Fi is available in lobby/common areas. For dedicated internet or secured lines in your booth, order via the Exhibitor Manual.
Can I rent lead retrieval devices?
Yes! Lead retrieval options will be available via your Exhibitor Dashboard under the “Lead Retrieval” tab.
How do I ship materials to the event?
Freeman provides full freight handling services. Shipping labels, advance warehouse details, and deadlines will be listed in the Exhibitor Manual.
