Scammers frequently reach out to our Exhibitors claiming to have Attendee contact information and discounted hotel rooms. 

Housing: The official housing partner for NAB Show New York is Maritz. NAB Show New York is not affiliated with any other agency claiming to offer hotel rooms, and you put yourself at financial risk if you do business with them. NAB Show New York-designated hotels have guaranteed the lowest rates over the Show dates. 

Attendee Lists: NAB Show New York is the only entity with access to registrant/attendee contact information, and we DO NOT release any “official” or “verified” attendee lists. Don’t be tricked into paying anyone for this information! If you have been contacted by a scammer, you can report it to the FTC or FCC. Attendee list rental (mailing address only) is available through our registration partner, Maritz.
