We Are Broadcasters brings the industry together to celebrate the voices, leaders and storytellers who shape television, radio, technology and the future of broadcasting. This signature NAB Show session honors excellence across content, leadership and innovation while spotlighting the impact broadcasters have on culture and community.

The program includes the presentation of the NAB Television Chairman’s Award, the Library of American Broadcasting Foundation (LABF) Insight Award, the NAB Digital Leadership Award and the NAB Engineering Achievement Awards for Radio and Television, recognizing leadership in digital innovation and outstanding accomplishments in broadcast engineering.

NAB Television Chairman’s Award

Comedian and television star Nate Bargatze will receive the NAB Television Chairman’s Award, honoring his exceptional contributions to television and his distinctive voice in modern entertainment. Known for his record-breaking stand-up specials, broadcast appearances and wide audience appeal, Bargatze has redefined clean comedy for a new generation while becoming one of the most influential performers in television today. He will join the program for a conversation reflecting on his career, creative process and the role of television in connecting with audiences at scale.

Library of American Broadcasting Foundation (LABF) Insight Award

Journalist, author and television correspondent Mo Rocca will be presented with the LABF Insight Award, recognizing his thoughtful storytelling, curiosity-driven journalism and commitment to illuminating history, culture and civic life. Through his work on “CBS Sunday Morning” and beyond, Rocca brings depth, humanity and humor to stories that resonate across generations.

NAB Digital Leadership Award

Mike Rosellini, senior vice president of Digital Services at Hearst Television, will receive the NAB Digital Leadership Award, which recognizes an individual at a broadcast station, group or network who has played a significant leadership role in the digital success of a broadcast business through the use of new and emerging technologies. Rosellini’s work reflects the evolving intersection of technology, storytelling and business, and his leadership continues to shape how broadcasters succeed across platforms.

NAB Engineering Achievement Awards

Presented annually in both radio and television categories, the NAB Engineering Achievement Awards recognize individuals for outstanding accomplishments in advancing the broadcast industry.
