Nick Radziul is executive vice president of Hearst Television. Radziul, previously senior vice president of distribution and government affairs for Hearst Television, has overseen the company’s strategic partnerships with major television networks as well as traditional and digital video distribution platforms. Since 2019, he has represented Hearst Television in Washington, D.C on legislative and regulatory matters impacting the broadcast industry.

In his current role, Radziul has oversight of a portion of the company’s portfolio of stations, joining Executive Vice Presidents Ashley Gold, Kyle Grimes and Eric Meyrowitz, managing operations of the group. He continues to supervise the company’s government affairs and its distribution relationships.

Radziul joined Hearst Television in 2016 as vice president, distribution after holding programming distribution and acquisition leadership positions at CBS television and Cablevision/Optimum. With his 2019 promotion to senior vice president, distribution and government affairs, he added government relations to his previous responsibilities for the company’s distribution rights agreements, including network affiliations, retransmission consent transactions and programming agreements.

Prior to his work in the media industry, Radziul was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Davis & Gilbert LLP where his practice primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Before earning his law degree from Georgetown University, he served as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Air Force.

Radziul has served on the National Association of Broadcasters Joint Board of Directors since 2021 and in 2025 was named chairman of the Television Board of Directors. He currently serves as the chairman of the ABC Television Affiliates Association Board of Governors. Radziul also serves as an executive sponsor of Hearst Television’s Family Employee Resource Group and is a graduate of the Hearst Management Institute, an executive leadership training program.
