A $50 cancellation fee applies to all paid registrations. Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests received after the deadline, and registrations completed after the deadline are non-refundable.

Ticketed events are non-refundable. NAB Show New York reserves the right to cancel any program and is not responsible for personal expenses.

Yes. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. The current registrant must submit a written request to [email protected] and include the substitute attendee’s information.

A $25 substitution fee will apply when the name on the registration is changed.

No. Discount codes cannot be applied to registration passes, add-ons or other items that have already been purchased. Discount codes must be entered before checkout. 

Yes. Discounted rooms are available through the official NAB Show New York hotel block, managed by Maritz. Hotel reservations must be completed during registration.

Yes. If you’ve already registered, a letter of invitation was sent to the email address we have on file. You must finish your registration and payment online before the letter is able to be downloaded or sent.

You will have to take the invitation letter along with a visa application to a U.S. consulate in your country. The U.S. consulate will review your application and determine whether a visa will be granted.

Yes. We understand that being granted a visa is something beyond your control. Make sure you keep copies of your registration and letter of denial to provide as proof when you apply for a refund.

No. U.S. Embassies and Consulates will not accept communications from NAB, related to scheduling visa interviews or the acceptance of visa applications. It is up to you, the registered individual, to submit the completed visa application, along with the printed letter of invitation provided during registration, to your in-country U.S. Embassy.

Unfortunately, NAB does not have any influence over the U.S. visa application or approval process. Visa decisions are made solely by the U.S. Department of State and U.S. embassies and consulates.

We understand that visa appointment availability and processing times can be challenging, and many applicants are currently experiencing delays. If you are unable to secure a visa appointment or receive approval in time for the event, we encourage you to still submit your application and consider attending a future NAB Show event, including NAB Show 2027 (April 4-7, 2027, in Las Vegas) or NAB Show New York 2027 (October 2027 in New York City).

For registered attendees and exhibitors, NAB can provide a visa support letter to assist with your application; however, the letter does not guarantee visa issuance or expedite processing.

Please contact registration customer service at [email protected] or call +1 864-342-6296. Provide them with your full name, company name and registration ID number. They can access the registration system and resend your confirmation email, which includes a link to your Letter of Invitation.

Be sure to check your spam or junk folder as well, as confirmation emails are sometimes filtered there.

Go into your exhibitor dashboard and click on the button “Add Booth Personnel.” This will take you to the registration page where you will need to enter your booth personnel’s contact information.

Be sure to put in their names as it would appear on their passport as well as their company email and physical address overseas. 

After you register your booth personnel, a visa letter will be automatically generated and sent to your colleagues’ inbox. This email sometimes ends up in spam, so make sure to check there frequently.

A limited number of parking spaces may, however, occasionally be available for attendees with a valid Parking Permit for People with Disabilities issued by a government authority. Once you are signed in, click “Sync with Registration” and enter your NAB Show New York registration ID, which can be found in your registration confirmation email.

Yes. Attendees must be 16 years of age or older to access the show floor and sessions. No one under 16 will be admitted.
