Art is a consulting leader in Deloitte’s Operations Transformation practice, focusing on large-scale media transformation efforts while also creating business cases, performing technology roadmap assessments, and assisting in software vendor selection at various Media (TMT) clients. Within Media, he is a part of the Media Solutions practice, where he helps broadcasters with various large transformations of their media operations. He has a background in technology implementation efforts, leading and participating in all phases of the project lifecycle. Art has led multiple media transformation engagements, working with sports leagues and broadcasters to provide strategic recommendations, perform broadcast and enterprise technology assessments, MAM and playout/IRD implementations.
