Anna Palmer is a seasoned investor backing women and gender-diverse teams across the US, Europe, and Latin America. In 2016, Anna co-founded XFactor Ventures with Flybridge Capital— now one of the most active seed-stage funds backing women. A perpetual entrepreneur, she previously co-founded Dough Collective (acq. by IMC in 2021), and Fashion Project (acq. By U5 in 2016). Anna has been featured in numerous books and publications, including Counter Mentor Leadership, Launching While Female, Forbes, The Boston Globe, CNBC, and more. She serves on the Board of Directors for Intramotev, MelodyArc, Returnalyze, and the New England Venture Capital Association. She holds a B.A. from Eureka College, where she is a Trustee, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Anna is a founder and Managing Partner of Boston Legacy Football Club, the National Women’s Soccer League team in Boston, which began play in 2026.
