Welcome to the Sponsor and Advertiser Resource Center. From pre-show promotion to onsite exposure the NAB Show Client Services Team is ready to assist to ensure your promotional investment is a success.

NAB Client Services works with sponsors and advertisers. If you have questions about your booth or anything related to exhibiting, please contact NAB Exhibit Services at [email protected].

Sponsorship and advertising opportunities are customized for each company. You will receive a personalized welcome email and additional emails in the weeks leading up to the Show. These communications will be your main resource for important information. Please ensure that NAB has the correct contact for fulfillment of your contracted sponsorship and advertising opportunity. Be sure to whitelist or add our email to your approved senders list so you receive all of our communications.

Sponsored Session Instructions and Access

For On-Floor Sponsored Theater Sessions:

  • Please email any questions to Jessica Short, your main point of contact. 
  • Sponsors will receive detailed instructions from NAB once your sponsored session is contracted and a time slot is assigned. 
  • Once confirmed, speakers will be set up in our registration system, where they’ll receive instructions on how to complete their NAB Show New York registration and housing.  

Sponsored Session Presentations

All sessions will have audio/visual support for presentations, though speakers are not required to create or use a presentation for their session. If you choose to create a slide deck for your session: 

  • Optionally, you can use the official NAB Show template (coming soon), but this is not a requirement. If you prefer, you’re welcome to use your own branded templates. 
  • Presentation slides must be in 16:9 format. 
  • Presentation slides saved as a Keynote file (Apple’s presentation application) will NOT be accepted. 
  • Video clips: MP4 in 16:9 format using standard resolution (720p). 
  • Please bring your laptop and a backup flash drive with your presentation to the theater 15 minutes before your session. 
  • Each on-floor theater will have 3-4 chairs on stage. Please plan the number of speakers in your presentation accordingly. 
  • Each on-floor theater will have a confidence monitor for the speakers.
