Once you’ve arrived at the Javits Center, we understand you might have questions or need help navigating the city and the Show. These on-site services are available to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Javits Center Area Guide
New York City’s Javits Center is one of the busiest convention centers in North America.
The gleaming glass edifice, originally designed by I.M. Pei and Partners, is situated in Hudson Yards, a conveniently accessible neighborhood on Manhattan’s west side, offering world-class cuisine, upscale shopping options, and renowned arts and attractions.

Accessibility Services
The Javits Center campus strives to make their facilities and services accessible to everyone. The campus features sidewalk ramps, automatic doors at all street levels, restrooms and elevators accessible for persons with mobility impairments.

Pay Phones
Pay phones are accessible and are equipped with volume and TTY capability for those with speech and hearing disabilities.
Wheelchairs and Motorized Scooters
Electric scooters are available for rent at the Javits Center by contact our Security and Safety Solutions Department at (212) 216-2196. Manually operated wheelchairs also are available, but they cannot be reserved.
Upon arrival, please visit our Concierge Desk in the Crystal Palace or ask a Public Safety Office for assistance in securing a wheelchair.
Service Animals
Service Animals (as defined by the ADA) are welcome. Owners take full responsibility for their animals. Please contact NAB Show New York Customer Service if you have any questions.
Parking Availability
No public parking is available on-site. A limited number of parking spaces may, however, occasionally be available for attendees with a valid Parking Permit for People with Disabilities issued by a government authority.

Business Services
Need printing or shipping? Our on-site business services make it easy to handle any last-minute tasks that come up at the Show.
FedEx Office
Level 2
The FedEx Office® Print & Ship Center at the Javits Center offers you virtually everything you need to meet your convention exhibiting needs — from packing and shipping to signage, copying and last-minute office supplies. The Print & Ship Center is located on Level 2 across from the original Starbucks location.
Printleaf
30 W 47th Street
Printleaf provides high-end digital and offset printing services. From marketing collateral to large format prints, they are the go-to destination for small and large businesses.
If you are exhibiting, ask about their custom apparel and promotional products.
Dining Services
Stay fueled with a variety of food and beverage options available throughout Javits Convention Center. Whether you need a quick snack or a full meal, we’ve got you covered so you can keep up with the action at NAB Show New York.
