Javits Center Area Guide
New York City’s Javits Center is one of the busiest convention centers in North America. The gleaming glass edifice, originally designed by I.M. Pei and Partners, is situated in Hudson Yards, a conveniently accessible neighborhood on Manhattan’s west side, offering world-class cuisine, upscale shopping options, and renowned arts and attractions.

Accessibility Services
The Javits Center campus strives to make their facilities and services accessible to everyone. The campus features sidewalk ramps, automatic doors at all street levels, restrooms and elevators accessible for persons with mobility impairments. If you have any questions, please contact NAB Show New York Customer Service.
Pay Phones
Pay phones are accessible and are equipped with volume and TTY capability for those with speech and hearing disabilities.
Wheelchairs and Motorized Scooters
Attendees can rent electric scooters at the Javits Center by contacting their Exhibitor Solutions Department at +1 212-216-2319. Visit orders.javitscenter.com to reserve an electric scooter in advance.
To reserve a manually operated wheelchair, visit our Concierge Desk in the Crystal Palace or ask a Public Safety Officer for assistance. Please note that manually operated wheelchair cannot be reserved in advance.
Service Animals
Service Animals (as defined by the ADA) are welcome. Owners take full responsibility for their animals. Please contact NAB Show New York Customer Service if you have any questions.
Parking Availability
No public parking is available on-site. A limited number of parking spaces may, however, occasionally be available for attendees with a valid Parking Permit for People with Disabilities issued by a government authority.

Need printing or shipping? Our on-site business services make it easy to handle any last-minute tasks that come up at the show.
FedEx Office
Level 2
The FedEx Office® Print & Ship Center at the Javits Center offers you virtually everything you need to meet your convention exhibiting needs — from packing and shipping to signage, copying and last-minute office supplies. The Print & Ship Center is located on Level 2 across from the original Starbucks location.
Printleaf
30 W 47th Street
Printleaf provides high-end digital and offset printing services. From marketing collateral to large format prints, they are the go-to destination for small and large businesses.
If you are exhibiting, ask about their custom apparel and promotional products.
Dining Services

3411 Garden Market
Level 3 (Crystal Palace)
Facing the 11th Avenue entrances on Level 3 in the Crystal Palace, the 3411 Garden Market features an eclectic mix of food and beverages among its stations, including Grillocity, Harvest Bowls, Athenian Grill and Poke-Yo, which offers everything from hamburgers to harvest bowls to sandwiches.
Concessions
Need a quick bite? Stay fueled and energized without stepping away from the action! Convenient food options are located right at the Javits Center, offering a variety of snacks and meals to keep you going.
Fresh and Fast
Level 2
Housed on the North Concourse, Fresh and Fast is the first touchless café in any convention center in the United States that offers user-controlled, checkout-free access to pre-packaged items, as well as a variety of snacks, beverages and in-house bakery items. Equipped with Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology, the new café will allow guests to swipe their credit card to enter the store, after which they can take the items they want and leave without having to check out.
