Veronica Pineda manages end-to-end title workflows for major studio and streaming partners as part of the Localization and Media Services team at Deluxe. Her experience spans mastering, localization, and global distribution, with particular focus on file formats, OTT specifications, and delivery precision.

She began her career in digital intermediate mastering before expanding into scalable workflow design supporting worldwide content distribution. Veronica was appointed Secretary of SMPTE’s 35PM IMF Standards Committee and contributed to IMF standards development. She also served as Manager-at-Large for the SMPTE Hollywood Section and as Panel Chair for the Career Development Series at the 2025 SMPTE Media Technology Summit. As a RISE Panel+ speaker, she advocated for mentorship, accessibility, and greater representation across media technology.

Committed to expanding inclusion within the industry, Veronica has supported students and early-career professionals navigating careers in media and technology. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and completed the SMPTE ST 2110 Boot Camp.
