Renae Batty is SVP of Global Client Experience at Deluxe Media Inc., where she leads client partnerships, service strategy, and technology adoption across international markets.
With more than 13 years at Deluxe, she has held progressive senior roles spanning digital cinema, home media, and worldwide studio services — giving her a broad operational command of the media supply chain from production through distribution. In her current role, she has driven transformative growth while guiding teams through an era of rapid technological change, balancing innovation with the trust and continuity her clients depend on.
A longtime advocate for accessibility and inclusion, Renae has championed the expansion of inclusive content services — helping broader audiences experience media while building the internal teams and cross-functional partnerships that make that work sustainable.
She has also brought that same commitment to the broader industry, serving on the UC Irvine Advisory Board from 2022 to 2024 and as a member of Deluxe’s Asia Pacific Diversity Council earlier in her career.
Before joining Deluxe, Renae spent a decade at The Hoyts Corporation in Australia, advancing to General Manager of Projects & Development, and launched her career in exhibition and live event production — a foundation that informs her operational instincts and client-first approach to this day.
