Joe Ochoa is the Co-founder and General Manager of Creator TV, the first creator-led streaming network and content studio dedicated to bringing the authenticity and energy of social media storytelling to TV. Creator TV launched its first FAST channel in January 2025. In his role, Joe oversees business operations and business development. He joined Sabio, the parent company of Creator Television, in March 2022.

Joe is an Emmy Award-winning creative and producer. His background includes producer roles at MTV Networks, NBCUniversal, The QYOU, and Yahoo! Sports. A graduate of Long Island University, Ochoa holds a BFA in Broadcasting & Electronic Media. Among his other awards includes, AVA Digital Award, and winner of five North American film festivals and seven official selections.
