With a background that spans media, digital product, and global business development—including leadership roles at Deltatre and the Los Angeles Sparks—Jenna brings a rare blend of technical fluency, operations and creative vision. At 5’3’’, she realized that she had to lean into hustle versus height to help transform the LA Sparks and a new operating system for women’s sports, leveraging first party data, community impact, powerful storytelling and innovation to drive growth and new revenue potential. She’s built a reputation as a CRO-level operator translating complexity into clarity, identifying game-changing partnerships, and turning purpose into profit.
Her work defines and leverages what’s next—whether it’s helping emerging leagues and platforms leapfrog incumbents through innovation, building revenue ecosystems that blend culture and capital, or mentoring the next generation of purpose-driven leaders.
In a career spanning financial services, real estate development and various roles across media, ecommerce and eSports/gaming, she has created the blueprint and launched products and revenue generating products that redefine communities, both virtual and physical. She has worked with emerging startups to build scale and sustainable growth as well as Fortune 50 companies like AT&T, NBCUniversal and NewsCorp to redefine and reimagine people, process and technology to embrace new digital technologies and AI. She has built innovation labs in education, sports and entertainment that have been bolstered by cutting edge technology, brand integration and scalability.
A vocal advocate for women’s sports and equity in leadership, Jenna has made it her mission to elevate underrepresented voices and build platforms where talent and potential can shine. She received coaching certification and serves as an advisor/coach to emerging leaders and those going through career transitions.
Whether she’s advising a startup, structuring a global deal, or mentoring the next generation of leaders, Jenna shows up with the same mindset she champions: Think like an athlete. Execute like a builder. And, lead with empathy and curiosity.
