Jeff leads Lumen’s Global Edge Fabric, Cloud Services, and Managed Hosting Product Management Team.

In his current role, Jeff focuses on delivering multi-portfolio solutions aimed at business outcomes and addressing customer problems. Lumen has a distinct capability to solve various customer challenges beyond just networking. Guiding principle to solve customer problems: “Discussing products in customer conversations means we are not selling solutions.”

The Edge Fabric team aims to expand the utilization of the portfolio by upselling Lumen’s network customers. Their market strategy includes standardizing a streaming infrastructure solution for media and entertainment, enhancing the value of NaaS through attached compute and storage solutions that enable opportunities for growing managed services, and modernizing enterprise hybrid IT solutions across data centers while enabling a capture portfolio for the Managed Hosting business.

Prior to this role, Jeff managed over $500M in Global Data Center Services at Level 3 Communications. He also managed Core Network Services including Wavelengths, Ethernet, and Private Line. He has additional experience with startups and entrepreneurial businesses. Jeff holds an Engineering degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Jeff values knowledge and loyalty. He believes in continuous learning and emphasizes loyalty in family and friendships.

Jeff enjoys outdoor activities in Colorado, spending his free time in the mountains as a lifelong snowboarder and mountain biker. When he prefers relaxation, he goes off-roading in his modified 2002 TJ. He is a father of two. Although Jeff moved to Colorado 20 years ago from Michigan, he remains an avid fan of all Detroit teams, with a particular passion for rooting for his University of Michigan Wolverines. GO BLUE!
