Erik Smith is the VP of News Operations and Technology at Fox Television Stations, based in Philadelphia at WTXF-TV, Fox 29. He leads news operations and technology projects for the entire Fox Television Stations group and is responsible for all technical news-related operational systems at WTXF. Erik has been with Fox Television Stations since 1997, serving in several roles at WTXF including staff photojournalist/SNG ruck operator, chief photographer and News Operations Manager. Prior to joining Fox, Erik was a photojournalist at WFMZ-TV in Allentown, PA. He is a 1996 graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia.
