Previously, Dr. Jackson served as Managing Partner at New Profit, where she launched the Future of Work Grand Challenge, supporting the reskilling of more than 25,000 workers impacted by COVID-19. She began her career in senior global roles at Viacom and Nokia and currently serves on boards and advises organizations including Arena Analytics, Guild Education, and Needham Bank.
