Registration/Show Floor Access Rules
- If you wish to continue setup outside of these hours, you must get an Off-Hours Work Pass from the office, S229 during office hours, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- EACs may not access the hall during show hours.
- Saturday, April 5 – Exhibitors and pre-registered EACs with Saturday target move-in only
- Sunday, April 6 – Exhibitors must have a badge to access the hall on and after this date
- Sunday, April 6 – All EACs must be out of the hall by 9:30 a.m.
- Thursday, April 10 – EACs and exhibitors can pick up Thursday and Friday wristbands
Special Access Passes
The passes below can be picked up at S229, Central Hall. Passes are only valid DAILY. Special access is limited to the following hall entrances:
South Hall Lower (S1)
North Hall (N1)
West Hall (W1)
Off Hours Work Pass (Move-In)
If you need to complete work outside scheduled move-in and move-out hours, you can obtain an Off-Hours Work Pass in room S229, South Hall from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Special Event Pass (Show Days)
If your company has been pre-approved to host a special event before or after show hours, you can pick up passes for your event guests in room S229, South Hall from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Booth Maintenance Pass (Show Days) and Access Hours
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors are allowed access to the exhibit halls during move-in and move-out only. For morning and evening access on show days, you must obtain a Booth Maintenance Pass from S229, South Hall from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, April 6: 7 – 11 a.m.; 6 – 8 p.m.
Monday, April 7: 7 – 9 a.m.; 6 – 8 p.m.
Tuesday, April 8: 7 – 9 a.m.; 6 – 8 p.m.
