Whether you’re building your booth, coordinating your team, or managing vendors onsite, here’s what you need to know to access the Show Floor.

Exhibitor Registration
All exhibitors and staff must have an official NAB Show badge or pass to access Exhibit Hall.
Access registration through your Exhibitor Dashboard:
- Register booth staff and vendors
- Manage badge allotments
- Book housing at preferred rates
Badge Types
Exhibitor Badge
Designed for booth staff working during the event.
- Access: Exhibit Hall during move-in, show days (including early/late access), and move-out
- Allotment: 8 badges per 100 sq. ft. of booth space
- Additional badges: $25 each
- Not valid for customers or external vendors
- Misuse may result in revocation
Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor (EAC) Badge and Registration
For non-NAB Show vendors assisting with installation, design or A/V.
- Access: Move-in and move-out only (Booth Maintenance Pass required for show days)
- Allotment: Unlimited
- Requirement: Must submit a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) for approval
- Register: EAC Registration Portal
Manufacturer Representative Badge
For independent reps who promote your products but are not employees.
- Access: Show hours only — no early or late access
- Allotment: Unlimited
- Register: Exhibitor Dashboard
Access Rules and Special Passes
To maintain a secure and organized event, specific credentials are required for early, late or special access. The following passes can be picked up at the N4 registration desk in North Hall. Passes are only valid DAILY.
Special access is limited to the following hall entrances: Central Hall (C1), North Hall (N1) and West Hall (W1)
Off-Hours Work Pass
- Purpose: Allows work in the Exhibit Hall outside standard move-in/move-out hours
- Issued by: Show Management Office and DTS Security
Booth Maintenance Pass
- Purpose: Grants EACs early or late access during show days for booth upkeep.
- Issued by: Show Management Office and DTS Security
- Note: EACs cannot access the hall during public hours.
Special Event Guest Pass
- Purpose: Required for pre-approved private events before or after show hours.
- Issued by: Show Management Office and DTS Security

Booth Maintenance Pass (Show Days) and Access Hours
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors are allowed access to the exhibit halls during move-in and move-out only. For morning and evening access on show days, you must obtain a Booth Maintenance Pass from the N4 registration desk outside of North Hall from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Sunday, April 19: 7 – 11 a.m. and 6 – 8 p.m.
- Monday, April 20: 7 – 9 a.m and 6 – 8 p.m.
- Tuesday, April 21: 7 – 9 a.m. and 6 – 8 p.m.
- Wednesday, April 22: 3 – 8 PM
Quick Reminders
- Wristbands are mandatory for move-in/move-out — no exceptions.
- EACs are not allowed during public show hours without a Booth Maintenance Pass
- All passes must be collected in advance — no on-the-spot after-hours access.
- No one under 16 years old is permitted at any time.
- International visitors may require a visa — see U.S. Visa Information.
