NAB Show returns to Las Vegas, NV, April 4 – 7, 2027!
As a 2026 NAB Show Exhibitor, Sponsor and/or Advertiser, you are invited to reserve your space for the 2027 NAB Show, in priority point order, during the space selection process.
Space Selection
The 2027 NAB Show will take place in the West, Central and North Halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Category and destination mapping remains largely the same as the 2026 NAB Show:

Two Space Selection Periods
There will be two separate selection periods – one taking place prior to the 2026 NAB Show in March and the other while onsite.
NAB Show priority points are calculated accordingly:
- Companies that exhibit in the show receive 10 points.
- Companies that are NAB Members, in good standing, receive 10 points.
- Companies receive an additional point for every $5,000 spent across exhibit space, sponsorship and/or advertising.
Preshow Space Selection Appointments
March 23, 2026
Appointments will be sent via email on Monday, March 16 to the primary contact of all 2026 NAB Show exhibitors, sponsors and/or advertisers. A member of the NAB sales team will contact you directly for your appointment using the number on file.
Onsite Space Selection Appointments
April 19-22, 2026
Appointments will be sent via email on Monday, March 30 to the primary contact of all 2026 NAB Show exhibitors, sponsors and/or advertisers. All appointments will take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center, in room N258 and N260.
2027 NAB Show Rates
$50
NAB member rate is $50 per square foot
$56
NAB non-member rate is $56 per square foot
Appointment Process
- Appointments are no longer than 10 minutes.
- Ahead of your appointment, please confirm your contact information is correct; the information we have on file is included in the email mentioned above.
- During your appointment, your selected booth will be placed on hold and a link for the contract will be sent.
- Contract must be signed by April 30, 2026, to secure your space.
- We are asking that you sign your contract during your space selection appointment.
- You are 50% liable and 50% is due on July 1, 2026.
- You must notify show management in writing before June 30, 2026, to avoid the 50% liability.
- Appointments are scheduled in priority point order and cannot be changed. If you have a conflict with your assigned time, we offer two options:
- Complete the Proxy Form: This form will allow the NAB Sales Team to select a space for you based on the requirements and preferences you identify on the form.
- Assign a colleague to take the call on your behalf: We will keep you as our primary contact and continue to send you all 2027 information. Your colleague will be noted as the person to call for the Space Selection Appointment only.
Unlimited Material Handling*
Exhibitors receive unlimited material handling to and from the loading dock. This simple, fixed rate plan covers any and all items you bring into the show regardless of quantity, weight or volume.
Please note that additional fees apply to Advanced Warehouse Storage and Off Target Rates. Additionally, a per pound fee may be applied to deliveries made to the event by third-party vendors who are not directly affiliated with the exhibiting company. 2027 Unlimited Material Handling Rates are:
- 0-399 net square feet: $4.10/square-foot
- 400-900 net square feet: $4.17/square foot
- 901+ net square feet: $4.21/square foot
*All exhibitors must participate in our new fix-rate plan
2027 Contract Terms and Payment Policies
A deposit of 50% is due by July 1, 2026. The full payment is due by December 1, 2026.
