Steve Leardi is Vice President, Product Design for Peacock, NBCUniversal’s global streaming platform. He leads UX and product design for Peacock’s viewing experience across all connected devices and platforms. With more than two decades of experience spanning product design, user experience, and digital innovation, Steve has led design organizations across streaming, connectivity, media, and technology.

Prior to Peacock, Steve held a series of product and user experience leadership roles at Comcast, where he led design for xFi and connected home products and oversaw Comcast’s New York design studio. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Newsela and Organic, helping build and scale consumer-facing digital products and experiences. Steve graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, and Motion Design.
