Michelle Lehman serves as executive vice president of Public Affairs and chief of staff at the National Association of Broadcasters. In this role, she shapes and leads NAB’s public affairs strategy, advancing the organization’s brand with priority audiences and directing integrated communications, advertising and grassroots efforts tied to the legislative and business challenges facing broadcasters. Lehman helps coordinate advocacy and messaging across teams while strengthening relationships with policymakers, partners and industry stakeholders.

Before joining NAB, Lehman led public affairs and served as chief communications officer at the National Beer Wholesalers Association. She began her career in Washington, D.C., in press and policy communications roles on Capitol Hill and in the private sector. Lehman lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband and three daughters.
