Telecommunications Engineer with a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Brasília (UnB), he has been a career civil servant at the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) since 2011, where he served as Superintendent of Concessions and Resources for Service Provision, Superintendent of Inspection, and also as Interim President.

At the Ministry of Communications, he was Director of the Department of Digital Inclusion, Director of the Department of Public Telecommunications Policies, and Undersecretary of Telecommunications. Currently, he holds the position of Secretary of Broadcasting Services at the Ministry of Communications.
