Tzvi Gerstl leads Media Technology at Synamedia, responsible for the strategy, portfolio, and business performance of advanced video platforms serving hundreds of millions of users. With more than 25 years in the video industry, Tzvi has led large global organizations and complex transformations. Before joining Synamedia, he held senior leadership roles at Cisco in Video Cloud and spent over a decade at NDS. He is passionate about driving innovation and has led some of the industry’s most advanced and cutting-edge video solutions.

Tzvi is known for cultivating collaborative, forward-thinking cultures that emphasize agility, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes, empowering teams to anticipate industry trends and adapt rapidly. Tzvi holds a PhD in Scheduling Algorithms and has authored more than 25 academic papers. He is also a Dean Fellow at the Business School of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
