Tony is an experienced Operations and Engineering Executive with more than 40 years of hands-on knowledge in the design, engineering, implementation, and control of content generation, management and distribution systems. While SVP of broadcast engineering and operations at XM, then SiriusXM, responsibilities have included the operation of the satellite uplink systems, conditional access systems, over-the-air subscriber activation systems, and all content creation, management, and distribution systems. Prior to joining XM, Tony spent 10 years as Vice President Technical Operations for the CBS Radio Division responsible for the technical operation and engineering of all the CBS owed radio stations including all transmission, content creation and distribution systems as well as all FCC engineering related regulatory compliance issues. Previous experience included implementing and operating a nationwide network of satellite uplinks for sports and news events.
