Thierry Fautier is co-founder and Managing Director of The Media League, a strategy and consulting firm focused on the transformation of the Media & Entertainment industry.

He currently co-leads the AI2 initiative, aimed at making actionable AI knowledge accessible to executives across the M&E ecosystem, cutting through hype to identify use cases that deliver real business impact.

Fautier brings a rare combination of deep technology expertise and commercial leadership. During his tenure at Harmonic, he contributed to generating over $400 million in revenue, holding senior roles across solutions, strategy, innovation, and standardization. He is also a recognized thought leader, having authored more than 30 papers at international conferences.

He is the founder and former president of the Ultra HD Forum, where he played a key role in accelerating UHD adoption across broadcasters, service providers, and OTT platforms. He was part of the team awarded the 2020 Technology & Engineering Emmy® Award for pioneering work in AI-driven real-time video compression.
