community.
A celebrated marketing and casting executive, RJ brings two decades of experience across entertainment, media, and consumer brands to the Creator Economy. Before joining Sixteenth, he served as Vice President of Talent and Influencer Marketing at Paramount Global, where he
led Creator strategy across franchises like SpongeBob SquarePants, Paw Patrol, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Sonic the Hedgehog, Dexter, and Yellowstone. His work connected
Creators to scripted and unscripted content, digital series, animation, tentpole events, and consumer products for Paramount+, MTV, Nickelodeon, and more.
He’s held senior roles at Disney, ABC, ATTN:, Endemol, ITV America, and PopSugar (now PS), casting and producing for networks like ABC, NBC, Bravo, VH1, and TLC, while launching
Creator campaigns with brands such as Sephora, Target, H&M, Banana Republic, and Delta.
A passionate advocate for equity in entertainment, RJ serves on the Advisory Board of Curate Capital, connecting digital talent with female-founded CPG ventures. He’s been recognized by
Variety’s Power of Pride, Adweek’s Young Influentials, LA TV Week’s 40 Under 40, and is a multiple Shorty Award winner and Emmy-nominated executive producer.
