Integration Therapy

Rebecca Avery is an operations leader and value chain architect for the streaming era. She specializes in recovering revenue through operational efficiency, leveraging over 20 years of experience at the high-stakes intersection of content supply chains, metadata strategy, and P&L performance. As a long-standing metadata subject matter expert and member of the Streaming Video Technology Alliance (SVTA), Rebecca is a recognized authority on the operational workflows and standards that allow content to move seamlessly across the global digital ecosystem.

Integration Therapy is an advisory and implementation firm founded to solve the structural fragmentation that plagues the media industry. For COOs and Heads of Operations, the current streaming landscape is defined by the Chaos Tax: the measurable loss in margin caused by a lack of alignment across the entire enterprise. Rebecca provides the strategic oversight to ensure the entire value chain, from legal and rights management to engineering, finance, and distribution, is synchronized to prevent revenue leakage. In an era where growth at all costs has been replaced by a mandate for profitability, Integration Therapy serves as the bridge between the total revenue stack and the complex mechanics required to execute it.

Rebecca’s approach is rooted in a career spent building the infrastructure for some of the most successful exits and turnarounds in modern media. She built the content operations engine for Pluto TV that powered its 340 million dollar acquisition, establishing the sustainable scale required for a pioneer in the FAST space. More recently, she led an operational realignment for TelevisaUnivision, identifying and capturing 4 million dollars in savings within a 60-day window by streamlining the entire asset lifecycle. Whether navigating the complexities of merger integrations or fixing broken metadata models, Rebecca focuses on transitioning companies from hero-based cultures to automated, sustainable systems that reflect the reality of the P&L.
