Neala Gollomp is Vice President, Entertainment Experience, NBCUniversal Media Group, leading interactive product experiences on Peacock, building features like mini-games, Can’t Miss Clips and Can’t Miss Highlights, and Courtside Live that bring fans closer to their favorite content.

Prior to joining Peacock, Neala was Senior Director of Product Management at Roku, significantly expanding the viewer experience across OS, The Roku Channel, and mobile. Previously, Neala was Senior Director of Product Management at Comcast, leading key products such as Xfinity Voice and Xfinity Stream and overseeing the full experience across AI and hardware driving engagement retention, and global expansion. Neala holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Near Eastern Studies from Cornell University.
