Moore Macauley leads the company’s video technology strategy, overseeing the development, implementation and management of technological resources to drive innovation and support business growth. With over 25 years of experience bridging technology and business strategy, he brings deep expertise in video solutions, product development, systems architecture and engineering.

Prior to joining Harmonic, Moore served in engineering leadership roles at SkyStream Networks and British Telecom, where he gained invaluable insights into the evolving needs of video service providers. Moore holds a M. Eng. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester.
