Mike Stigile serves as the Lead Production Director at Free Chapel, overseeing audio, video, and lighting teams across all campuses. He also serves as production director for Forward Conference as well as co-creator and director of Easter: The Live Experience and Christmas Spectacular. Mike is project managing Free Chapel’s ongoing AVL upgrade and install. He empowers staff and volunteers to own their roles and execute seamlessly for services and events by implementing weekly trainings, systems, and processes. Mike lives in Georgia with his wife and two daughters.
