Mr. Kralec currently and since 2022 serves as SVP/Chief Technology Officer focused on technology-enabled transformation across Sinclair’s diversified media and operations landscape.  Prior to this his role as VP/Technical Operations and Deputy CTO was central to launching public-cloud-based media operations and ATSC 3.0 commercialization. From 2014 to 2018 he served as VP/Data Systems and Information Technology Services advancing enterprise mobility, program/service delivery, data management and security. Mr. Kralec received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Towson University and his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland. He is a veteran of the United States Navy.
