Michael Gursha is the Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Point Curve, Inc., a diversified holding company that builds, owns and operates a portfolio of consumer internet brands and technology businesses, including a network of high-value content properties. He oversees company strategy, operations, finance, investor relations and corporate development, driving long-term growth and innovation across the organization.

Within the Point Curve portfolio, Michael leads Content Dart, a tech-enabled managed services company focused on content creation and web optimization. Through its proprietary publishing and optimization infrastructure, Content Dart helps organizations and agencies scale high-quality content production and improve digital performance. 

Michael also leads Digital Information Resources, LLC (DIR), a Point Curve company that operates a network of digital media and consumer internet websites.

The DIR portfolio includes skimboarding.com, StandUpPaddleboarding.com, TennisLibrary.com, GolfReprot.com, ChessChampion.com, WeekOneFantasy.com, PickleballSquid.com and others, each serving niche communities with curated, high-quality content.

He is also the Co-Founder of RookieRoad.com, a digital sports encyclopedia providing the rules, lingo, and gameplay for sports worldwide, which he helped grow into one of the most popular sports websites on the internet.
An active advisor, investor and board member to early-stage companies, Michael works closely with founders and leadership teams on strategy, growth, product development, monetization and scaling businesses.

Michael serves on the national board of directors for America On Tech. He is also a board member of Sport Oregon and Upstate Venture Connect, a member of the Newhouse Emerging Leaders Board and Chair Emeritus of the Young Whitman Advisory Council. He previously served on the boards of the Contemporary Art Council at the Portland Art Museum and Oregon Public Broadcasting.

Michael graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with a dual degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
