Currently a Sr. Technical Specialist for Canon U.S.A., Matthew Irving spent 27 years as a professional cinematographer. During that time, he shot 38 feature films and a wide variety of short subjects (including TV, commercial, corporate) in just about every genre imaginable — including multiple box office “Top Ten” hits and Sundance Film Festival premieres. Irving has also lectured extensively at universities and film festivals on the topics of cinematography and film history.
