Kylee Thoma is a Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in media production, project management, and client services. She has extensive experience supporting corporate communications, live events, and content creation programs, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building high-performing teams. Kylee began her career in local news before joining Diversified as a Production Specialist supporting clients. There, she created corporate media content and managed production projects, later advancing to leadership roles overseeing onsite teams and service delivery operations. In her current role,
Kylee leads a team of associates supporting multiple client accounts, providing operational oversight, team leadership, client relationship management, and strategic support across a broad range of services, from technical support to media and event production. Known for her strong communication skills, organizational leadership, and commitment to quality, she is passionate about connecting people through media, events, and AV while fostering
collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Her leadership approach emphasizes
adaptability, continuous improvement, and service excellence. Outside of her day-to-day role,
Kylee is an active leader within Diversified’s Women’s Empowerment ERG. While working in
Diversified’s onsite program, she sought opportunities to connect with colleagues across the
organization and developed a passion for creating more inclusive environments. She is committed to strengthening engagement, fostering meaningful connections, and supporting the growth and development of women across the company. Beyond her professional
accomplishments, Kylee’s most important role is being a mother to her young daughter. She
enjoys spending time with her husband and family, caring for her three cats, and hitting the golf
course whenever she gets the chance.
