Joonyoung Park is Senior Vice President at DigiCAP, where he leads AIOps initiatives for broadcast operations and drives cloud-native transformation of broadcast infrastructure. His current work includes the development and deployment of CDMS (Centralized Deployment Management System) and CCMS (Centralized Certificate Lifecycle Management System) for major U.S. broadcasters, as well as development on harmonizing ATSC 3.0 and 5G Broadcast to enable simultaneous transmission of both frame types on a single RF channel.

With over 20 years of experience in broadcast technology, Pay-TV systems, and connected devices, Joonyoung oversees DigiCAP’s product portfolio, including DigiCaster, HomeCaster, LiveCAP, and other NEXTGEN TV solutions. Under his leadership, the home gateway business grew from inception to multi-million dollar business.

Prior to DigiCAP, Joonyoung served as Vice President at NAGRA/Kudelski Group, leading product development for Pay-TV gateways and headend solutions. His earlier career includes leadership roles at LG Electronics and Motorola, where he chaired DLNA’s New Topics Task Force and served on the UPnP Forum Steering Committee.

Joonyoung is a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Master’s degree from Pohang University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
