Jesse Janosky is a senior engineering leader and educator with more than two decades of experience designing, architecting, and deploying advanced broadcast and production systems across live venues, control rooms, and remote production environments. With a foundation in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn State University and a broad range of industry certifications spanning cloud infrastructure, networking, fiber optics, and media systems, he brings a deep technical perspective to modern broadcast transformation. His expertise centers on IP-based media workflows, AWS-integrated architectures, and large-scale live event infrastructure, guiding organizations through the transition from SDI to IP with a focus on performance and long-term scalability.
As an instructor in SMPTE ST 2110, Jesse specializes in teaching the architectural principles and practical implementation of real-time media over managed IP networks. Combining hands-on deployment experience with standards-based instruction, he equips engineers and technical leaders with both conceptual understanding and applied methodologies, enabling them to confidently design, commission, and operate standards-compliant ST 2110 infrastructures in mission-critical production environments.
