Jeff says his career started on the hobby farm where he grew up, when fixing things was part of the daily routine. After school, he continued this trend, doing bench repairs and field service with a few companies before starting at Nautel in 1990 as a field service tech. Over 35 years later, he still does several site visits a year, as well as performing multiple presentations on topics relevant to broadcasting, covering maintenance, safety and security.
