Geary has been intimately involved with radio broadcasting as owner/operator, air talent, sales representative and broadcast engineer. He is presently Regional Director of Engineering for Connoisseur Media. He relates to all aspects of the broadcast enterprise, providing guidance integrating new technology to both generate results for clients and engage and entertain listeners. Geary is recognized as a Certified Professional Broadcast Engineer with specialization in both AM Directionals and Digital Radio Broadcast systems, and Certified Broadcast Network Engineer by the Society of Broadcast Engineers, where he serves as National Vice-President and Chair of the Society’s Education Committee. Locally, he serves as Certification Chairman for SBEs Chapter 91, a member of East Central Michigan’s Emergency Alert System committee, and on steering committees for several engineering conferences in the Midwest region. He has also served as an advanced leadership trainer in the BSA’s Central Region.
