
Frank LaSpina is a seasoned producer and creative operations leader with deep experience across live broadcast, esports, gaming, and immersive entertainment.
As Head of Production Operations at Cosm, he leads the systems and teams behind the company’s shared reality venues, which combine massive LED dome displays, spatial audio, and broadcast-grade infrastructure to transform how audiences experience live sports and events.
Before joining Cosm, Frank spent more than a decade at Blizzard Entertainment, where he directed global production operations for the Overwatch League. The league became one of the largest media rights deals in esports history and the first to air on ABC. During his tenure, it surpassed viewership goals by 80 million watch hours in 2018 and 100 million in 2019. He also produced Heroes of the Dorm (2015), the first esports competition broadcast on ESPN, marking a milestone in mainstream competitive gaming.
Frank specializes in building high-performance production teams, modernizing workflows through cloud-first transformation, and launching ambitious live experiences at scale. His leadership bridges creative vision and operational execution, consistently elevating the fan experience.
