Davit Robakidze is a broadcast technology executive, certified engineer, and industry leader with more than 15 years of experience designing and deploying advanced media infrastructure across Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia.

He is a certified professional of both the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE) and Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE), holding multiple international certifications in broadcast engineering, UHD production, IP-based workflows, HDR, and emerging media technologies.

Davit serves as Chairman of the Incorporation of Eastern European Broadcast Engineers (IEEBE), the official SBE regional chapter, where he leads certification programs, technical training, and workforce development initiatives to raise professional standards for the next generation of broadcast engineers.

As CTO of Innovator LLC, he has led the design and implementation of large-scale broadcast systems including UHD/4K production facilities, OB vans, studio complexes, IP-based media networks, and national broadcast infrastructure projects. His work supports television stations, production houses, and government media organizations transitioning to modern, software-defined, and cloud-enabled workflows.

Beyond engineering, Davit is an active educator and speaker, regularly conducting technical audits, workshops, and industry trainings to accelerate technology adoption in emerging markets.
