Cliff Ryan is the VP of Network Engineering at NBCUniversal. With a career spanning over 15 years, he specializes in designing and deploying large-scale, mission-critical network architectures for global media companies. At NBCUniversal, he has led ASR-based MPLS-SR deployments to scale the corporate backbone and implemented edge network solutions to support native and hybrid cloud transformations. Currently, his team is focused on scaling campus infrastructure using Silicon One and Hypershield technologies.

Prior to his time at NBC, Cliff worked with Fox Networks and Intelsat to deploy next-generation backbone and production infrastructure.

He brings extensive leadership experience in deploying critical networks for marquee sporting events, including multiple World Series, Super Bowls, World Cups, and the Olympics.
