Claire Stern Milch is the Digital Director at ELLE.com, where she oversees all content and strategy across its website and social channels, with a close focus on the intersection of fashion and culture. A graduate of Columbia Journalism School, she started her career as a lowly intern at Elle Girl (RIP) before joining the editorial departments of InStyle, J.Crew, Bergdorf Goodman, and PopSugar. She is the recipient of Hearst’s 2022 Spotlight Award, given to employees who play an integral role in the collective success of the company. Born in New York City to a Korean mother and Jewish father, she is a firm believer in championing individuality and diversity. Claire currently lives in the West Village with her husband.
