Experience spans over 15 years in designing, building, and scaling cloud-native media platforms across SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and intelligent edge environments. Work covers the end-to-end video distribution chain, including acquisition, encoding, delivery, and device playback, with a strong emphasis on Quality of Experience (QoE) and video quality measurement using reference and non-reference techniques. Contributions include AI-driven video and audio quality analysis leveraging perceptual metrics, computer vision, and machine learning to automate validation at scale. Additional focus areas include programmatic and interactive advertising, real-time signaling, and broadcast–broadband convergence across OTT, live TV, and connected TV platforms
