Blake Paris brings more than 22 years of experience in security and public safety leadership across professional sports, global entertainment venues, large-scale convention operations, and federal law enforcement. A former member of the United States Coast Guard’s Pacific Tactical Law Enforcement Team, he participated in international counter-narcotics and security missions, earning national recognition for operational excellence.

Paris has held senior security leadership roles with AEG, Barclays Center and Nassau Coliseum, Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, and SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, overseeing high-profile events, global operations centers, and large-scale venue developments. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Public Safety and Security for Smith Entertainment Group, where he leads security, guest experience, investigations, and transportation operations across Utah-based venues hosting more than 320 event days annually. He also serves on two state-appointed task forces, including Utah’s Higher Education Task Force.
