Anthony Bottini is Director of Media at Cirrus, leading a team of media professionals as a full service in-house production studio serving all aircraft training, sales and marketing needs across the company.

Prior to his role at Cirrus, he owned and operated Tonywood Productions, a boutique production house in Minneapolis, MN, offering video, social media and interactive web products to a diverse list of commercial clientele but with specialized services targeting customers in the aerospace industry.

His unique intersection of professional aviation and media production skills and experience stems from a career as a flight instructor and later airline pilot, training dozens of students and gaining experience flying numerous aircraft ranging from transport-category CRJ-200’s to the more personal side of aviation in the Cirrus SR Series aircraft. His predominantly self-taught media background follows a parallel path to his aviation career with over two decades spent producing video podcasts, training courses and marketing materials for aviation and non-aviation clients alike, but most notably for UND Aerospace, Mesaba Airlines and Cirrus. As a media professional, he has decades of expertise operating a wide range of still and video cameras and is an expert writer, editor and motion graphics animator.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commercial Aviation, is a Certified Flight Instructor and Type-Rated in the Bombardier CRJ-200, Saab 340 Series and the Bombardier Q400.
