Andy Hooper is a senior product and technology leader with over 15 years of senior level experience shaping the media and telecommunications industries through strategic product vision, organisational transformation, and commercial execution. Andy has consistently operated at the intersection of complex technical systems and market opportunity, leading product, sales engineering, and business development teams across some of the sector’s most dynamic companies. This has included spotting strategic opportunities and growing net new product concepts from zero to scalable revenue.

Andy brings equal rigour to team-building and process design as to product development. He has established product management disciplines, discovery frameworks, and cross-functional reporting structures across multiple organisations at inflection points in their growth.

A certified Product Manager and AWS-trained architect, Andy holds a First Class degree in Management Science and French from Swansea University and is a trusted public speaker across the media technology community. As well as leading Fabric’s product team, Andy is now spending time working on AI context engineering for the enterprise – designing the future of agile product development across teams, roles and tools.
