This hands-on workshop explores how cutting-edge tools are transforming the cinematographer’s craft—from the earliest stages of visual planning through final image finishing. Beginning with a brief look at the historic evolution of cinematography workflows and collaboration, the session will then dive into the newest and most radical technologies now available to productions anywhere in the world.

Through live demonstrations and presentations from experienced creators, attendees will be introduced to groundbreaking platforms including XGRIDS, Lightcraft Jetset and Spark, and Beeble.AI, and how they can be applied directly to lighting, camera decisions, virtual environments, and post-enabled cinematography.

The workshop will walk through the full pipeline—from location scouting and previs through prep, on-set production, post, and finishing—highlighting how these emerging tools are expanding what cinematographers can achieve visually and creatively.
