Colour management is key to consistent, high-quality finishing in multi-camera and
multi-format projects. In this intermediate session you’ll explore how DaVinci
Resolve’s colour management tools help you unify footage, correctly handle colour
spaces, and build robust workflows for both SDR and HDR outputs. Practical
demonstrations will include setting up Resolve Colour Management (RCM), choosing
appropriate colour spaces, and using Colour Space Transforms to streamline your
grading workflow with technical accuracy and creative control.
This session is led by Phillippa Beasley-Swanson, Senior Finishing Artist, Dolby
Vision Certified Professional and experienced DaVinci Resolve trainer, whose 15+ years in post-production include grading for major broadcasters and streamers and
teaching colour grading and technology at Ravensbourne University London.
