U.S. Visa Information for International Attendees

International visitors may need a U.S. visa to attend NAB Show and NAB Show New York. Requirements differ by country, so check with your local U.S. Embassy or Consulate for the most accurate guidance. Apply early — ideally 3–6 months before travel — to allow for potential processing delays.

Important Update: New Visa Integrity Fee

Beginning October 1, 2025, the U.S. government will introduce a Visa Integrity Fee of $250 per person for most non-immigrant visas, including B-1/B-2 categories.

  • This fee is in addition to the standard visa issuance (application) fee.
  • The fee is charged to each individual applicant; there are no group discounts.
  • The fee is refundable only if the traveler exits the U.S. on time.
  • The fee does not apply to travelers from Visa Waiver Program countries and Canadians*
  • The fee does apply to travelers from markets such as India, Brazil, China, Mexico, much of the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Only applications filed on or after October 1, 2025 are subject to this new fee. Applications submitted before that date are exempt, even if travel takes place later.

*If eligible under the Visa Waiver Program, you must obtain an ETSA prior to traveling

*Refunded only if traveler exits the U.S. on time.

If you are planning to bring multiple representatives, please budget an additional $250 per person and begin the process as early as possible.
